RigGrade’s goal is to help buyers make confident decisions based on evidence, not marketing.
How we distinguish information
- Verified facts — confirmed through independent, citable sources
- Manufacturer claims — stated by the brand, not independently verified by us
- Test results — from a cited independent source (RigGrade does not claim hands-on testing unless explicitly stated)
- Estimates — reasonable approximations, always labeled as such
- Editorial opinion — RigGrade’s own judgment, clearly marked as opinion
Sourcing standard
We do not publish invented statistics. Every data point comes from an identifiable source: manufacturer specifications, recognized independent test outlets, verified user feedback patterns, or published market data. Significant articles include a Sources section.
Independence from affiliate revenue
